Hi again scotgaz,

I've looked through some of the cases you've highlighted here, well by that I mean the information you have posted. This post along with others I have seen here already really shows just how important it is to have the right legal team representing you which is why at this time I am trying to secure the interests of lawyers across Britain in assessing each case on it's merits. Perhaps in this case the lack of any previous instance whereby the SCCRC have found in favour of appeals based on the grounds mentioned is what dissuades lawyers from taking it on. However, it only takes one good one with passion, one success to turn the tables.

Good luck, I admire your passion in helping others.
