This is where you get the chance to say what you think about the site and in doing so can help me help others. Your opinions are very welcome and valued. I would like at this point to publicly thank everyone who have forwarded the trully breath taking number of messages of support and continue to do so. Each and every one gave me the strength to cope. Thanks.

hi billy, i would like to see a section detailing the treatment you receive as a remand prisoner, comparing this to a convicted prisoner as you will agree i believe this to be totally wrong

Hi black,

I agree with the point you raised but while I can only speak from my own experiences being in Craiginches, I believe in general this is the case in most prisons. The law states that a person is innocent until proven otherwise however the treatment does not reflect that. Infact a convicted person has more entitlements leaving the remanded prisoner to be supported to a larger extent by family and friends.

I will include a section on the forum in the meantime for people to discuss this aspect of the effects that being wrongly accused can have on a person and their families but will go into my own experiences in greater length on the main site. I have other areas I wish to concentrate on first as a priority and at this time there will be restrictions on what I can and cannot discuss openly pending any forthcoming legal action.

Many thanks for your input and support.

Hi Billy,

Just a note to say well done for setting up this site - you're absolutely bang on, there is definitely a need for this.

Hi l'aveu,

Thanks for your post, the lack of support was something that was clear very early on for me and my family thought I had the benefit of so many messages of support passed to me and a good legal team behind me which is important. Huge positive feedback from the comments page also which is incredible so early after the site going live. Still very much in it's infancy but so much potential support for people as a result.

In Scotland there is a rising tide of innocent men and Woman fighting for freedom, sites like this are needed to educate the Scottish public on the growing cases of Miscarraige of justice here on their doorstep.

It can happen to anyone and will happen again and again and again till we the people stand up and say no not in our name.
