One of the site's long term aims is to effect change with procedures currently used at all phases of the process that leads to innocent people being convicted and therefore potentially guilty people walking the streets. There are many areas identified by several reports along with evidence from cases which have since seen convictions overturned. We would like you to help demonstrate a public response to proposed changes to allow us to take the next step in doing something more concrete about it. This involves getting into the politics of the justice system as a whole and since politics are governed by public opinion among other things, your opinion matters. Topics below will provide a brief description of changes we see as being required along with a topic poll. Simply read the topic starter and cast your vote along with any comments you have on the issue.

Posts in this topic may be used to suggest area's you feel need to be altered for a fairer justice system to be effective but please check the topics already posted first.

What shape - flat - beaten into shape by a hammer, a big one like a sledge hammer, what would be left? A mess, somethings never change but atleast we could and would all have some fun. Good exercise too.

Whats needed to change (clean iup) the system - simple, compliance consistancy, governance, accountability - a procedure that works and uphelpd and those who break it get punished.

It would need a good clean up after all the bashing we all keep giving it - all deserved I have to say
