Hi, I'd just like to say I'm really glad someone is being brave enough to expose what the justice system is really like. I feel you've been done an incredible injustice and would like to express that even to the general public it has been obvious from the start that the charge you got and based on the stories in the paper-made no sense!
I hope you get the help and support you need to get through this awful time-you must feel your life has been utterly destroyed.
Its good for everyone to hear the true way of it at last-good luck

Hi Jane,
Many thanks for your post and comments. From what I am aware from the many messages sent to me either directly or through friends and family it is a view shared by the vast majority of the public. But make no mistake this by no means is the beginning of the end in my quest to completely clear my name. Many things have gone on that shouldn't have and when I have exposed them through the correct channels I may then consider my efforts nearer completion. I'm quite sure that when things are revealed that I am unable to comment on at this time, everyone will understand and realise what the truth is and how damaging it has been to so many lives.

Hi Billy, I agree that there are many miscarriages of justice in the world. There are also many times when justice prevails, which is just as well for your soon-to-be ex-wife whom you accused of trying to murder you and the kids in the back of an ambulance before you had even reached hospital.
But I suppose you have an answer for that too as you have for everything.

Well I'm afraid that due to my serious condition at the time I personally can't have any answer for it, there is no reason on earth why if I were fully compus mentus at the time I would have. I think the paramedic provided a more realistic view point on my state of health at the time in court. But ultimately medical science will provide the answer when I come to that issue in due course.
I do however find it interesting that you have latched onto sensationalised media coverage which is has only caused a fraction of the prejudice involved by such a small isolated pocket. I however having seen every statement and every comment by those with no excuse have a more balanced perspective. But you are right, justice will be done, my solicitors are working on it as we speak, I believe there have already been legal steps taken which I'm sure you are aware.

An excellent point well made, really in this instance there are only victims, not least my wife and children. The whole carry on truly has been extremely disrespectful for Annalise who seems largely to have been forgotten about but not by me. I promise her every day that daddy will fix it, I failed her that night but have vowed to make sure she can at least rest in peace.

I'm not sure who is meant to be disrespecting Annalises memory. At the end of the day she is free from this world now. The problem is Billy that it is the living who now need to be thought of now, not the dead.
By starting up this website you have hurt an awful lot of people although the vast majority of them refuse to look at it or discuss it. At the end of the day as someone mentioned on another thread this can only ever be your own version of events which is fair enough but it will never be the whole story.
If you want to clear your name than good luck to you - and I genuinely mean that. But I think it could have been done in a more dignified and quiet manner. Then, once your name has been cleared you could have gone ahead and set up this website, which can only ever be a good thing.

Hi , i do not believe that billy is doing anything wrong in making this website, and is thinking of the living by helping others here and now. The timing is perfect as everything is still fresh and the truth will be told, if this has hurt anyone i'm sure it has not been his intention, as for this only being billy's version of events I'm sure Billy will also reply to explain that he has had access to all the reports etc, not just the ones the public have access too!
This website is a great site, much needed for everyone that has been affected by injustice.
I also wish billy luck clearing his name and continue to support this site.

Thank you Justin and black for your comments. As I have said on my media page freedom of speech is important and if the intent of this site were to clear my name then obviously I would remove posts of anyone who expressed an opposing view but I consider balance to be important.
However as black commented and I have stated in various pages on the site, I have had access to all uncensored reports and not merely those reflected in other sources so can be more objective.
Putting that aside, the purpose of this site is solely to help others who are affected by accusations which are not true. As you will recognise form the comments posted in another thread from those who have sent comments using the contact page and agreed to have them included on the site, I can only agree to disagree. The comments I have received both through the site and those which myself and my family receive daily in public or by phone etc are quite contrary to the minority view of those you represent. If you or anyone else is offended by my assisting others then I can only apologize but as expressed by so many the benefit of this site is badly needed now not in several months or years time.
Annalise will always fondly be remembered and treasured by those who knew and loved her, I think it is quite offensive to all who love her to suggest that since she is no longer living she doesn't matter.
I would invite you to view the the thread Comments others have sent to the site

Maybe my post was clumsily written. I did not intend for it to sound as if Annalise should be forgotten or in some way doesn't matter. I too lost a child relative aged 15 months, so I know that to ever forget them is impossible. The point I was trying to make is that there are people who are hurt/angry/upset about things that are being said on this website. Although you stress Billy that none of this is about clearing your name there is alot of stuff on here about your own case. And there are people disagreeing with what you are saying but of course are powerless to prevent it from being said and can in no way dispute it.
