Family and friends.

In my experience I know only too well how valuable the support of family and friends are in these circumstances. Of course I am lucky and have a very close family so was never lacking in this area though due to my time remanded in craiginches have become only too aware of the effect it has on those not provided with such support. If you are a friend or relative of someone facing charges you will probably feel helpless but believe me every letter or message of encouragement provides the much needed strenght to cope.

Please use this forum to discuss what you can say or do that can lift the spirits of those who need your help most.
